VOLT Associés advised Eres Group management and the company on the conclusion of an agreement for Eurazeo to acquire a majority stake in Eres Group, alongside the management and employees of Eres Group.
Eres Group is France’s leading independent advisor and structurer, asset manager and distributor of employee savings plans (PEE, PERECO), pension plans (PER) and employee share ownership plans.
Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
